Open Age Team

Our open age men's team was formed in 2023 after a series of trials and entered into the National Futsal League for the 2023-24 season.  In our first season we led the league until the very last game, eventually being pipped to the post, but finishing a very creditable runners-up in our inaugral season.  That took us into the play-offs where we were eventually beaten and our season ended there.

As we we entered into the 2024-25 season we targeted ending the season with some silverware in the cabinet and that we did, finishing T3.2 North winners finishing unbeaten in the league in 2025 and then beating Southampton, the T3.2 South champions in the grand final at the iconic National Cycling Centre.

Our target for 2025-26 is to reach the play-offs in T3.1 and win promtion to T2 which is the second tier of futsal in England.

We also play a team in the Manchester Futsal League on a Monday night and in that league we blend newer and younger players with some of the more senior players to allow a structure of development to take place and a method to give all of our squad game time against some high quality opposition.
